Very knowledgeable about the process and the products offered. Very efficient and very clean. The eye exam was done very quickly and professionally, but not cold and distant. "Everyone was happy and smiling. Such a relaxing experience, no pressure to be quick. Dr. Hoff was friendly, talked to you not at you. She also explained all she found and more thorough than any experience with eye doctors in the past. Took time answering all my questions. Sharon even called me by name with 'have a good day Pam'.
