During her four years of optometry school, one of Dr. Hoff’s most rewarding experiences was providing eyecare at the Landstuhl Regional Army Medical Center in south central Germany for our brave men and women in uniform. Now back home in southwest North Dakota Dr. Hoff takes great pride in providing eyecare for the area’s military veterans.
Dr. Hoff sees patients of all ages, but especially enjoys caring for infants, children and young adults. Dr. Hoff knows that many vision and eye problems occur early in life, therefore she performs vision screenings on infants at no cost. Dr. Hoff also prides herself on making her eye exams very informative for her patients. During an exam with Dr. Hoff you will learn about your eyesight, the health of your eyes and how to protect your vision.
If you have questions about your vision, a health concern related to the eyes, or different options for eyeglasses, contact lenses or refractive surgery Dr. Hoff would be happy to visit with you and together determine the best option for you and your lifestyle.
When not talking about eyes or vision you can find Dr. Hoff at home feeding cows or tending to peppers and squash in her garden. Dr. Hoff and her husband, Casey, farm and raise cattle in the Richardton area. Dr. Hoff takes great pleasure in caring for their Hereford cows and F1 baldy calves and looks forward to raking hay each summer. Don’t be surprised if you see her in the office wearing cowboy boots on Fridays!

Hello, I am Savannah Meyer! I was born and raised in Jamestown, North Dakota. I have the most amazing parents, as well as 1 younger sister and 2 younger brothers. I completed my undergraduate education at University of Jamestown where I met my husband, Justin. We were married in 2019 and graduated from UJ in 2020. Optometry school took us to Pikeville, Kentucky where we have lived for the past 4 years. We are excited to be back in North Dakota and make Dickinson our home. In our free time, we love to travel and spend time with family, friends, and our spoiled sheepadoodle named Charley.
Hello, my name is Savannah Meyer! I was born and raised in Jamestown, North Dakota. I have the most amazing parents who love to camp, road trip, and play games. We are always ready for a competitive game of Monopoly or Settlers of Catan. I have three wonderful siblings, Maleeka, Cedric, and AJ who make me so proud everyday. My time with them is always precious, whether I am attending my sister’s choir concerts (that always seem to bring me to tears), laughing at Cedric’s jokes, or reading books to my youngest brother.
After graduating from Jamestown High School, I stayed close to home and attended University of Jamestown. GO JIMMIES! It was there that I met my wonderful husband, Justin. He played football for UJ and continues to love the sport, despite the emotional ups and downs of the Minnesota Vikings’ season. I never knew you could watch football 3 days a week, then listen to stats and interviews the other 4 days. We also enjoy supporting his younger siblings in whatever activities they are participating in. In my spare time, I love to travel, volunteer, golf, and spoil my sheepadoodle, Charley.
Justin and I graduated from University of Jamestown in 2020 and moved to Pikeville, Kentucky where I attended Kentucky College of Optometry. Although we will miss our friends and the warmer winters down South, we are looking forward to moving to Dickinson and getting involved in the community that we now call home.
